Give your porridge, overnight oats, smoothies & shakes a massive, chocolatey nutritional kick with our Cacao Overnight Oats spice mix. This burst of nutrients can help support a healthier lifestyle & is simple to incorporate into your routine. A perfectly balanced blend of cinnamon, cacao powder, coconut, chia seeds, dates, apple & vanilla, it not only increases the nutritional content of your smoothies, it tastes great too. Plus you get that rich, creamy chocolatey taste without the added sugar or dairy. For a quick breakfast, add 1 tsp (4g) of Cacao Overnight Oats spice to 40g porridge oats & 100ml of your favourite milk or yoghurt (we use oat milk) & refrigerate overnight. Give it a stir in the morning & adjust the consistency to your liking (add a splash of milk or a few more oats as needed) & top with your favourite fruit. Drizzle with maple syrup if you want to, but we don’t. If you want it warm, make sure it’s a little looser with a splash more milk & pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds. For a great smoothie, shake well to mix the seeds, then add 1 tsp (4g) of Cacao Overnight Oats spice to a blender with a banana & 200ml of your favourite plant-based milk (we use almond or coconut) & blend well. Add frozen berries for an extra boost. If just used like this, the pot contains around 12 servings, so it’s great value.
