We’ve seen many stocks & bouillon mixes with ingredients we don’t particularly want, like sugar (in stock!), salt, thickeners, emulsifiers & plenty of E numbers, so we wanted something different. Our versatile Veg Stock & Bouillon mix is the result & it’s so tasty & simple to use. The simplest way is to stir 1 tsp (5g) per 250ml into hot water for epic stocks, broths & soup bases. This is the perfect stock for risotto, ramen & paella dishes. This also works as a light dusting for meats & veggies before you roast them too. The blend of spices gives an umami hit for real depth of flavour. We don’t use any nasties so if it clumps a little, just give it a stir. As soon as the hot water hits it, it’ll dissolve. As with all our of blends, a little goes a long way; our pot of Veg Stock & Bouillon mix is enough for 6 meals for the whole family! It’s also ‘free’ on all the slimming plans we know of! Like so many in our range, this is another that’s sugar-free, gluten-free & vegan too.
